Almonds for Heartburn and Peptic Ulcers
Professor Julius J. Kleeberg, head of the Research Department of the Rothschild Municipal Hospital, Haifa, reported (Medical Tribune, March 27, 1969) that peeled sweet dried almonds are effective in the treatment of heartburn and peptic ulcers. (p. 82)
Almonds for Polyps
Mrs. 5009 (for privacy) reported that her mother, after taking almonds had benign polyps become smaller after 3 months. In another 3 months the were indiscernible. It has been three and a half years and there has been no return of any trouble or polyps. (p. 82-83)
